The Woodlands chapter of Jack and Jill of America award college scholarships

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Woodlands Chapter of Jack and Jill of America awarded six scholarships to local graduating high school seniors this year.

These scholarships were based on academic excellence, letters of recommendation and the student’s response to the essay question about an individual or event in their life which influenced their decision to pursue a college education.

The scholarship recipients were Caleb Deal, The Woodlands College Park High School; Miles Mustiful, The Woodlands College Park High School, Kiarra Jordan, Willis High School; Jaspen Bishop, Willis High School; Brianna Watkins, Summer Creek High School; and J'Kandione Tre'mon Coleman of Huntsville High School.

The Chapter is proud to support students in reaching their academic goals and honored to support them. These scholarships will help finance the first year of college for these amazing students.

Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated is a membership organization of mothers with children ages 2 to 19, dedicated to nurturing future leaders by supporting children through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving and civic duty. The Woodlands Chapter has supported this community since 1985.
