The Woodlands Christian Academy to host Christian College Fair, open to the public Oct. 14

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Christian Academy, the premier, longstanding Christian academy in the Township, has announced that the Houston Area (North) Christian College Fair is coming to The Woodlands Christian Academy this fall. The fair, which is free to attend and open to the public, will take place on Wednesday, October 14 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on the academy’s campus.

At the fair, families will have the opportunity to meet representatives from Christian colleges and universities from across the country, ask questions, explore programs and scholarships, and discover schools they may not have considered before.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for high school students and their families throughout our community, so feel free to invite friends, neighbors, church families, and homeschool families to join us,” said Jamie Spikerman, M.Ed., Communications Coordinator for TWCA.

The Woodlands Christian Academy is an independent, private, Christ-centered college preparatory day school located in The Woodlands. Founded in 1993, the school serves roughly 900 students across grades Pre-K through 12 on a sprawling, 45-acre wooded campus. The academy integrates a rigorous, vertically aligned college-preparatory curriculum with a biblical worldview. It is certified as an Apple Distinguished School for its integration of technology in classrooms and offers honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses. The campus features extensive academic, athletic, and fine arts facilities, including the Benjamin Wells School of the Arts building, which houses the largest black box theatre in the Greater Houston area.
