THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE:HHC) announces Beaux Toes as the newest tenant to lease at Lake Woodlands Crossing, a 60,261 RSF retail center under construction in The Woodlands Town Center® at the northeast intersection of Lake Woodlands Drive and Grogan’s Mill Road.

Beaux Toes is a nail and wax salon that offers manicures, pedicures and waxing services. It will open its second location in The Woodlands in Lake Woodlands Crossing with 3,000 square feet of space, complementing its original location in Cochran’s Crossing Village Center. The new Beaux Toes location at Lake Woodlands Crossing will feature a unique décor of a Victorian-industrial vibe with rustic brick, reclaimed wood and raw iron. Beaux Toes joins Ulta Beauty, Stickhouse and Main Squeeze Juice Company as the initial tenants in Lake Woodlands Crossing.

“The Howard Hughes Corporation is pleased to announce that Beaux Toes will open its second salon in The Woodlands® at Lake Woodlands Crossing,” said Rip Reynolds, Vice President of Retail and Commercial Land for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “Lake Woodlands Crossing will feature a variety of retailers, service providers and a moderate, casual dining experience in a convenient location in The Woodlands Town Center.”

Lake Woodlands Crossing is 75% leased. Ulta Beauty will serve as the anchor along with an additional 25,000-square-foot retailer to be announced at a future date. Ulta Beauty, which will relocate from its current location in The Woodlands Town Center, will occupy approximately 10,000 square feet.

Stickhouse, which offers handcrafted gelato on a stick, will make its debut into both the Houston and Texas markets with approximately 1,875 square feet of space in Lake Woodlands Crossing. Louisiana- based Main Squeeze Juice Company, a smoothie and juice bar, will open its second location in the Houston area, occupying 1,500 square feet, in the new center.

CDA Architects is designing Lake Woodlands Crossing. Arch-Con Construction is the General Contractor. Completion of Lake Woodlands Crossing is slated for late 2018.
