Tipler Named as Luxury Build Partner for Second Phase at Pine Island
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas -- TIPLER Group has been selected by Woodforest as the exclusive design and build partner for the much anticipated second development within the South Montgomery County community’s Pine Island gated neighborhood.
Following the success of the initial estate district at Pine Island, where TIPLER Group has enjoyed tremendous success, this next phase of development will boast more than 100 new homes with pricing ranging from $900,000 to $2 million+. TIPLER will be releasing some stunning new home designs, with homeowners benefiting from the full architectural and interior design offerings of the TIPLER Group.
Initially, TIPLER will offer 38 well-appointed homes situated on properties approximately one-third of an acre. Many of the homes will boast expansive views of the west nine course of the Woodforest Golf Club and easy access to Pine Market Center, the heart of the commercial, retail and entertainment district of Woodforest. All of the homes will be behind the Pine Island gates. From there, the Pine Island building program is expected to expand into a classical architectural setting of approximately 100 homes.
“TIPLER has been integral to the success of our Pine Island community,” said Virgil Yoakum, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Woodforest. “They have done an outstanding job of designing homes that fit the lifestyles of our most discerning buyers. Pine Island can only benefit from this expansion.”
Commenting on the agreement, Justin Tipler, CEO and Founder of TIPLER, said “This new phase complements the existing section of Pine Island, where our clients have been impressed by the location, the natural beauty of the area and the wider amenities of the Woodforest community including golf, playgrounds and sporting facilities. Now that we’re adding a manned gate to Pine Island, this elevates the community to an even higher level.”
“Over the past 10 years TIPLER has grown to become the largest luxury home builder in Houston offering a concierge-style service to the build process, including in-house architectural design, extensive interior design services, which includes furnishings, and a cohesive streamlined construction process,” Tipler said. “Client service sits at the forefront of our business and we’ll have members of our team on site at Pine Island to work with homeowners, from contract to closing. We’re delighted to be continuing our partnership with Woodforest on this next exciting phase of development.”
