USDA Invests in Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Improvements in Texas

USDA-RD has 0% interest loans/grants available for small communities (fewer than 10,000 people) in need of water and waste disposal infrastructure. $12.3 million in awards was announced yesterday in Texas (please see email chain), and USDA-RD is still taking applications (see attachment and in link below).
