HOUSTON, TX -- On December 26, 2019, while patrolling at a local Kroger store located in the 12400 block of SH 249, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office observed a male suspect being belligerent and disorderly inside the business.

When management made contact with the suspect, he became verbally aggressive towards them and nearby citizens. The deputy then asked the suspect to leave the store several times before the suspect complied with the request.

As the deputy was escorting the suspect out of the store, he became aggressive and threatened to kill the deputy. The suspect then turned towards the deputy and approached him in an aggressive manner. The deputy deployed his department issued taser and quickly subdued the suspect and identified him as Denver Craven.

'Denver Craven was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Terroristic Threat against a Police Officer. He received No Bond out of the 262nd District Court.' - Constable Mark Herman
