House Fire in Alden Bridge

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Just before 6pm this evening TWFD responded to Wind Harp Place on a reported structure fire. Battalion 102 and Truck 104 were first on scene and reported a working fire in a detached garage Firefighters quickly started an offensive attack and brought the fire under control in less than 10 minutes. Quick action by fire crews confined the fire to the garage with only minimal smoke damage to the main house. TWFD was assisted by the Magnolia and Needham Fire Departments. There were no reported injuries but a family of five will be displaced until utilities can be restored. Fire cause remains under investigation with damaged estimated at 50K structure and 25K contents.
