Montgomery Junior High- Felony Criminal Mischief - Crime of the Week

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- Multi-County Crime Stoppers is working with the Montgomery ISD Police Department regarding a case of 1st Degree Felony Criminal Mischief resulting in over $300,000 in damages. Criminal Mischief is defined as intentionally or knowingly damages or destroys property, and is classified in a range from Misdemeanor C to 1st Degree Felony depending on the value of the damage.

On the Night of May 24, 2020 the Montgomery ISD Police Department responded to an alarm at the Montgomery Junior High School campus located at 19000 Steward Creek Road. Responding Officers found no signs of forced entry at that time. Upon later review of internal cameras it was determined two females who appear to be between the ages of 12-16 years old vandalized a portable building and caused significant water damage to other parts of the campus.
