Child Predator Wanted out of Conroe

CONROE, TX -- An investigation has been completed by the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable's Office-Criminal Investigation Division. Through the investigation, Detectives learned the defendant used social media to communicate with a juvenile female in a sexually explicit manner. The defendant is currently wanted for the offense of Online Solicitation of a Minor. It is believed the defendant may have been deported the country of Guatemala prior to the arrest warrant being issued. If anyone has information as to the whereabouts of Sergio Perez Ruiz, they are encouraged to contact 281-364-4211 and asked to speak with a detective.
