Labor Day Weekend Entertainment and Deals in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Looking for Labor Day weekend plans in The Woodlands?

• Don’t miss the Drive-in Fireworks Display provided by The Woodlands Township! The 7-minute fireworks display will be launched from the northeast corner of Lake Robbins and Six Pines Drive at approximately 8:55 p.m. Designated parking areas for fireworks viewing include The Woodlands Mall (best viewing will be located near Macy's and Forever 21) and the Gold Lot at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Please note this is a drive-in fireworks display only. Spectators should remain in or around their vehicles. The show will also be live-streamed on Woodlands Online, The Township’s Facebook Page, and Visit The Woodlands’ Facebook page!

• Visit any of The Woodlands Township’s four public pools or explore The Woodlands in a kayak, paddleboard, swan boat, water bike or the NEW Elliptical SUPs avaible at Riva Row Boat House!

• Check out which musical acts are playing at Dosey Doe – The Big Barn, GenuWine Tasting Room, and Glades Art Foundation.

• Participate in a community cleanup, September 5. Here’s how it works: gather your gloves, bags and outdoor gear for a day of community beautification. Choose a location in the community in need of litter cleanup, such as along pathways and in the tree lines. Report large or hazardous items to the Township through the 311 App or by calling 281-210-3800 during normal business hours. Dispose of full bags at home or in a park trash can. Tie your trash bags tightly to protect sanitation workers. Avoid causing more litter issues by not overstuffing park trash cans. Share your success by posting a photo on social media using #GreenUpFallSweep !
