THE WOODLANDS, TX - Montgomery County Commissioner James Noack responds to budget and tax rate drop.
'I want to thank my extremely professional staff for sticking to the issues and helping me get a lower tax rate adopted. They did this by gathering factual data, working tirelessly, and communicating with constituents about issues. My staff aims high! Judge Keough and I are the only members of the court that did not vote for a rate higher than the no new revenue rate. We stood strong and the rest of the court followed!'
