Precinct 3 road crews list latest projects

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Montgomery County Precinct 3 offices have listed the latest road projects conducted by precinct crews recently. Projects include:

• Research Forest at Grogan’s Mill right-turn lane extension: Concrete wall was poured as last part to finish project
• Staff took part in a walk-through of roads near City of Oak Ridge North as part of project of South County MUD to ensure county standards are met
• Buckthorne Place: Subgrade stabilization and asphalt repair
• Lake Robbins at Six Pines: Gas pipeline repair (pipeline contractor) under lane and subgrade stabilization and concrete repair, followed by striping
• Worked with South Montgomery County MUD on repair of Oak Ridge Drive pavement due to boring company hitting waterline underneath road

Precinct 3 also recently worked with contractor Lone Star to update striping on:

• North Forestgate Drive
• South Forestgate Drive
• Crosswalks on Birnham Woods Drive at Amber Ridge; and on Browning Pine Drive at New Country Drive

Several more projects are on tap to update striping on roadways in Precinct 3.
