Constable Investigators Arrest Suspect For Prostitution At A Spring Massage Parlor

SPRING, TX -- On May 17, 2021 Investigators with Constable Mark Herman's Office Criminal Investigations Division conducted a Prostitution / Human Trafficking investigation at the J&A Massage located in the 5000 block of Louetta Rd after receiving several citizen complaints.

Constable Investigators entered the spa posing as customers and were offered sex acts for a fee by an unlicensed employee, Lien Hsiang-Chen.

As a result, Lien Hsiang-Chen was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Prostitution. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 07.
