Suspect Arrested For Assaulting A Constable Deputy

SPRING, TX -- On June 8, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a disturbance call in the 24100 block of Red Sky Drive. Upon deputies arriving, they located the suspect and identified her as Lexani Aguirre banging on the front door of the residence.

Deputies attempted to detain her but she actively resisted and kicked a deputy in the chest. After a brief struggle, she was safely detained.

'Lexani Aguirre was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault on a Police Officer. Her bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 184th District Court.' -Constable Mark Herman
