THE WOODLANDS, TX — It goes without saying that The Woodlands boasts delicious food and drinks. Here are some of our favorite restaurants for you and your loved ones to try:

Schilleci’s New Orleans Kitchen
Schilleci’s has placed in our ‘Best of The Woodlands’ competition since its opening in 2010. Intimate and elegant, this French Quarter-style restaurant transports its guests to New Orleans with classic Cajun creole, seafood, and steak. Definitely try out their award-winning smoked crawfish dip!

Highlanders at The Place
As the only speakeasy bar in town, Highlanders is a true hidden gem in The Woodlands, and the best place to get proper fish and chips. They always have specials, including ladies night, steak night, and service industry night. Grab a bite to eat and a cocktail at this favorite neighborhood hangout.

Lovebeans Coffeehouse
Lovebeans Coffeehouse is special, as they are constantly partnering with local charities to spread awareness and raise funds for important causes. From Lavender Rose Lattes to the classic Americano, this shop is perfect for studying/working, or catching up with friends in a hip environment. Try their drink of the month or grab some food, all of which is fresh and locally sourced!

Crust Pizza
Founded in The Woodlands, this restaurant is a local success story. Since it’s inception in 2011, it has opened 10 locations in Texas and Louisiana with five more coming soon. Serving pizza, pasta, subs, and salads, Crust Pizza has a commitment to quality food and award winning Chicago-Style Thin Crust Pizza.

Black Lace BBQ
This local business is ready for all of your personal barbeque needs. Their meats and sides are made to order and cooked to perfection, allowing them to fill special requests. Black Lace BBQ is the perfect choice to cater your private parties and events, and will even deliver personal orders! Our favorite is the Double Smoked Pork and Bacon Cheese Jalapeño Cornbread.

Be sure to check out our video show, The Taste Buds, which showcases the best cuisine The Woodlands has to offer! Foodie Buddies Chef Wayne Schilleci (Local G) and Anthony Compofelice (SubtleFoodie) take their show to popular eating establishments in The Woodlands Area and interview owners and operators as well as shine a light on the best food around.
