THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Children’s Lighthouse Early Learning Schools, the nation’s leading provider of high-quality early childhood education, announced today the sale and acquisition of the Montgomery-Woodforest school. Local entrepreneurs Hubert Vaz-Nayak and Savio Saldanha have assumed ownership of the location.

Close family friends, Vaz-Nayak and Saldanha operate several other Children’s Lighthouse locations across the Greater Houston Area, and are thrilled to be reaching even more children in the Montgomery area through their commitment to high-quality education.

“Children’s Lighthouse has had a profound impact on both my personal and professional growth. It is so impactful to see children growing and succeeding in our local communities,” said Vaz-Nayak. “Helping children form positive associations with learning in a warm, welcoming environment is such an incredible opportunity, and we look forward to continuing to offer that to children in the Montgomery-Conroe area.”

As parents themselves, Vaz-Nayak and Saldanha have seen firsthand how crucial a structured learning environment is for growth and development in young children. They understand that the Children’s Lighthouse curriculum provides a solid foundation for discovering unique skills and talents. Their goal is to elevate the bar at the Woodforest location, bringing it to an award-winning standard.

“We’ve seen how children lose interest in school from a young age due to disengaged teachers and an environment that doesn’t challenge them,” said Saldanha. “Children’s Lighthouse offers something different with its proprietary curriculum, and we can’t wait to continue supporting the Montgomery community.”

The mission of Children’s Lighthouse is to connect families together with independent franchise owners in an effort to enrich communities through a relationship based on safety and trust. Children’s Lighthouse does this by partnering with parents to develop children with character values and physical wellness in a S.T.R.E.A.M. enriched learning environment. Additionally, franchisees across the network are actively involved with their local communities and regularly give back through volunteering, donations and more.
