CONROE, TX -- Coventry Homes will soon expand to a new section of Artavia in Conroe, where it will build homes on 40-foot homesites.

Floor plans and pricing have not yet been released, but potential buyers who sign up for the builder’s VIP program will be the first to receive that information. Those registrants also will be eligible for a $5,000 buyer bonus if they purchase a new home before sales open to the general public.

“This is another opportunity for us to offer designs that suit the needs of buyers,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes. “Artavia is a unique community with world-class amenities and a fantastic location. We look forward to helping buyers create their dream homes.”

Artavia is an Airia Development project. The 2,200-acre master-planned community features a 13-acre amenity complex that includes a 5-acre lake, playgrounds, splash pad, 24-hour fitness center, event lawn, rain garden, forested trails and nature exploration zone.

Easy access to the Grand Parkway and Interstate 45 speeds residents to major employers, including as Anadarko, Exxon Mobil, and Chevron Phillips. Shopping, dining and entertainment options are 15 minutes away in The Woodlands. Children attend well-regarded Conroe ISD schools.
