2021 Ironman Texas Triathlon Set To Return On Saturday, October 9

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Following an over year and a half long hiatus, the 2021 IRONMAN® Texas triathlon is set to makes its return on Saturday, October 9 in The Woodlands, Texas. Race weekend kicks off on Wednesday, Oct. 6 with athlete check-in at the Waterway Parking Lot in the Woodlands. On Saturday, Oct. 9 athletes will begin their 140.6-mile journey throughout The Woodlands and Northern Harris County.

Schedule:

• Saturday, Oct. 9 – Race Day

• 5:00 a.m. – 6:15 a.m. - Transition area open

• 7:25 a.m. – Race Starts

• Approx. 3:40 p.m. – First finisher expected at the finish line

• Approx. 12:00 p.m. – Race Ends (17 hours after the last athlete enters the water)
