Abel has a serious medical condition that affects his balance and ability to walk. Abel is in urgent need of his medication. Abel was last seen leaving his residence on foot from the 7900 block of Bellaire in an unknown direction. Abel was wearing a gray Star Wars t-shirt with the word “Chewbacca” printed on the front of the shirt, similar to the one in the photo above, with gray shorts, and black shoes.
