The Adventure Begins and The Adventure Stadium Launch An Additional 7,500 Sq Ft of Fun, Sports and Gaming in The Woodlands. 

THE WOODLANDS, TX - We sat down with the purveyors of fun at The Adventure Begins and The Adventure Stadium to discuss their epic gaming and sports memorabilia expansion opening up on November 20. This new area will increase their floor space from 3,500 to more than 10,000 square feet. We asked these experts of everything pop-culture and sports what people can expect with this new expansion. 

From a size 23 Shaquille O'Neal basketball shoe, signed jerseys, and hard-to-find baseball cards to rare comic books, unique collectables, huge selections of popular board games and tournament class gaming rooms, The Adventure Begins and The Adventure Stadium is reinforcing their reputation as the area’s go-to place for fun, gaming, sports and collectables. Quick Overview of The Adventure Begins

Opened in 2019 by Bill and Nancy Sheely, The Adventure Begins is home to over 10,000 square feet of games, comic books, graphic novels, collectibles and more. Providing a safe and family friendly environment is their top priority and they hope to bring people together no matter their pop-culture background. A courteous and knowledgeable staff is constantly working to provide the best experience possible with the goal of nurturing strong community relationships to build a greater sense of community.

The following are some of the new things to expect at The Adventure Begins and The Adventure Stadium:

 - Expanded Store Space (From 3,500 to over 10,000 square feet)

The Adventure Begins opened their doors in 2019 with floor space covering 3,500 square feet. Everything from comic book selections, collectables and gaming was under the initial 3,500 square feet roof. They soon realized that they needed more space to provide the services and products that The Woodlands area would need. Over the course of several months, they built an additional 7,500 square feet of room on a second floor. This floor houses a large gaming area, a makerspace room as well as the extremely popular sports memorabilia store called The Adventure Stadium. 

 - Expanded Gaming Room

The expanded space for gaming is one of the most impressive areas of The Adventure Begins expansion. The room is very large, with high ceilings. There are 12 large bordered gaming tables as well as an additional 8 dedicated tables for card games. They built the room large enough for world-class gaming tournaments.  

- New Makerspace Area

One of the cool things you get to do at The Adventure Begins is to 3-D print most anything you want. Not only do they have 3-D printers, but they have a station setup to airbrush paint your creation. There is also an expert on hand to help you start using this new makerspace. This is one area you don’t want to miss visiting. 

- The Adventure Stadium 

The Adventure Stadium is a new addition that is by far one of the coolest places to visit. If you like sports, we want to warn you that you may never leave this place. They have some of the coolest sports memorabilia around and an experienced staff to help you select the best baseball card, signed helmet, signed jersey or anything else at The Adventure Stadium. 

- New Grading Service

The Adventure Begins will be offering services that will allow you to get your comic book or other collectable verified and graded for value purposes. This is a one-of-a-kind service that they are offering to the public.  

When will the new expansion be complete

The Adventure Stadium opened their doors on November 11. They will have an official grand opening event sometime in January. We spoke with The Adventure Stadium and they are excited about this new store.
