THE WOODLANDS, TX – As of January 6, Beth Ferester & Company has officially become Corcoran Ferester Realty. As Corcoran Group LLC’s first affiliate in the state of Texas, Corcoran Ferester Realty will match its local expertise with the luxury international real estate company’s leading resources.

“We will start the year with these new advanced programs, using them to market our sellers’ homes and to help our buyers find homes with the best service possible,” said Owner Beth Ferester, who has been a leading realtor in the Houston Area for 40 years.

She plans to grow their current office first, which is located in Creekside. They’ll add further quality agents to their already synergistic group, then venture across the Houston Area with new offices in Tomball, Magnolia, and Conroe.
