Montgomery County First Responders To Participate In Large Scale Emergency Drill

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On Friday, April 8th, Montgomery County first responders will participate in a real-time, no-notice drill in East Montgomery County near Hwy 242 and I-69. To maintain evaluation integrity, details of the drill are being withheld. More information will be released after the exercise. Please be aware that residents in the area will see a large emergency personnel presence in the area, but traffic should not be impacted. The drill is being conducted in close collaboration with the Montgomery County Hospital District EMS, East Montgomery County Fire Department, Porter Fire Department, The Woodlands Fire Department, Conroe Fire Department, Harris County Mobile Healthcare ESD11, Atascocita Fire Department, Houston Fire Department, Montgomery County Fire Marshal’s Office, South East Texas Regional Advisory Council, HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, and The Montgomery County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Additional support is being provided from Montgomery County Commissioner’s Office Pct. 4, St. Thomas University School of Nursing, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and local businesses
