Fall Into the 4th Annual “Harvest In The Hills” Model Home Tour and Fall Festival at The Woodlands Hills on Nov. 5th!

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Make plans to fall into The Woodlands Hills’ 4th annual “Harvest In The Hills” Model Home Tour and Fall Festival on Saturday, November 5, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hosted by The Howard Hughes Corporation, this family-friendly event is free and open to the public.

Guests are invited to visit the 15 fully decorated model homes presented by eight local and national homebuilders in The Woodlands Hills, which include Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes, and Westin Homes. These quality builders offer one-, one-and-a-half- and two-story single-family homes, set on a variety of lot sizes ranging from 40-foot to spacious 75-foot homesites. Homes are priced from the low $300s.

When touring all 15 models, guests will be entered in a random drawing for exciting prizes (no purchase necessary). The prizes include:

Home Tour Grand Prize:

The fall festival will begin at the Activity Center in Founders Park. The outdoor activities to enjoy will include interactive children’s games and crafts, art, photo opportunities at a festive fall patch, balloon artists, street performers, live music, prizes, cooking demos, as well as food, refreshments, coffee and desserts.

As a highlight, the festival will feature amazing dog shows from Bone-A-Fied Talent Group, whose celebrity dogs just finished the new TV movie “Junkyard Dogs”.
