Taste of the Town returns for a one-night-only delectable foodie experience

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Up until COVID hit the area in 2020, The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce’s Taste of the Town event was an annual smash that brought thousands of attendees to a single location to sample wares of local restaurants and bars. For the past two years, the event was morphed into a weeks-long scavenger hunt type deal, where ticketholders traveled to the participating restaurants to claim their specials at those individual area locations.

This time around, however, the Chamber is returning to its roots, with a one-night, one-price, fabulous feast. The 2023 Taste of the Town will take place at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott on Thursday, January 23. Tickets are now on sale.

“We are beyond excited to be bringing this amazing event back to The Woodlands Marriott Hotel & Convention Center,” said JJ Hollie, president and CEO of The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce in a statement. “Taste of the Town is a paradise for foodies looking to fulfill their cravings and sample local area cuisine. For one low price, guests can sample mouth-watering appetizers, entrees, desserts, pastries, and drinks from more than 40 of the area’s finest restaurants, caterers, bakeries and beverage companies.”

Ticket prices for adults aged 12 and up are available online for $45 each and include unlimited samples, soft drinks and two alcoholic drink tickets. Children aged 5-11 get unlimited samples and soft drinks for only $25 each. Stroller-free children 4 and under are admitted free. Corporate and group ticket prices are available at prices ranging from $10-$30 each depending on the bulk bought.
