Suspect Wanted By Law Enforcement For Two Counts Of Aggravated Kidnapping

HOUSTON, TX -- On November 30, 2022, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 300 block of Kirkstall Drive in reference to an Aggravated Kidnapping. Upon deputies arriving, a juvenile child reported that he was forced into a closet and was tied up by known suspect, Frederick Wiltz.

Further investigation revealed that his mother was then held at knife point and forced into her own vehicle. Fredrick Wiltz then drove to the 500 block of FM 1960, where the female complainant was able to exit the vehicle. Wiltz then fled on foot prior to deputies arrival.
