THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Partake in an Italian celebration during Carrabba’s Italian Grill’s Feast of the Seven Fishes exclusive Wine Dinner featuring a rich five-course lineup of chef-driven cuisine on Wednesday, December 21 starting at 6:30 p.m. for $55 per person.

Here’s a look at the Feast of the Seven Fishes Wine Dinner menu:

Calamari Ricardo: Hand-breaded and tossed in lemon butter sauce with a blend of pepperoncini, red bell and crushed red pepper, oregano, and topped with chopped parsley.

Paired with Riondo Prosecco: Named for the nearby Monta Riondo Mountain in the Veneto region of Italy, this authentic sparkling wine boasts fresh aromas of Golden Delicious apple and pear. Its persistent effervescence is followed by a crisp, clean finish.

Seafood Chowder: Mahi-Mahi in a creamy lobster and red wine base with lightly puréed onions, carrots, celery, garlic, tomatoes, and potatoes.

Paired with Imagery Sauvignon Blanc: Imagery takes an unconventional approach to winemaking, inspiring rich, expressive wines that entice and broaden your palate. Subtle honeysuckle aromas gently perfume the nose and vibrant notes of citrus, lemon-lime, and grapefruit play on the tongue.

Linguine Frutti Di Mare: Scallops, shrimp, calamari, and mussels steamed in marinara sauce and tossed with linguine pasta.

Paired with Cecchi Chianti Classico: One of the oldest and most prominent producers in Tuscany, Cecchi pioneered the growth and development of the Sangiovese grape worldwide. This wine is medium bodied with aromas of bright cherry, light chocolate and citrus undertones.

Salmon Nino with Lobster Ravioli: Wood-grilled and topped with lemon butter, mint, basil and diced tomatoes served with lobster ravioli in a lobster cream sauce and sautéed broccoli.

Paired with Chloe Pinot Grigio: Hailing from the cool Northern Italian Valdadige D.O.C., this pinot grigio has fruit-forward flavors of juicy white peach, soft melon, crisp apple and floral honeysuckle that lead to a crisp, refreshing finish with a subtle undertone of lemon.

Cannoli Allo Siciliano: Crispy pastry shell stuffed with a sweet ricotta and chocolate chip filling, topped with pistachios and powdered sugar served over drizzled chocolate sauce.

Paired with Seven Daughters Moscato: Made from 100% Muscat grapes sourced from Northern Italy. This slightly effervescence wine has a sweet floral and peach aroma and is well-balanced with bright flavors of peach, orange zest, lemon curd and almond.
