THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Montgomery County Association of Business Women (MCABW), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization awarding more than 86 college scholarships in the past twelve years to graduating female seniors of Montgomery County High Schools, has announced its latest scholarship drive in a raffle partnership with Southwest Airlines.

Each of the selected high school seniors this year will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship and be recognized for her achievements based on community engagement and academics.

The young ladies that apply for these funds must attend a high school in Montgomery County and also be academically at the top of their class, actively involved in their school, and are required to send in letters of recommendation with their application. Each scholarship application received is reviewed by the MCABW scholarship committee and twelve are chosen to each receive the grant to use toward a Texas college of their choice.

The drive continues until April 25, 2023 at 12:15 p.m. CST, and the drawing for the prize – two round-trip domestic airline e-tickets on Southwest Airlines for travel between April 25, 2023 to April 25, 2024 in the USA, Puerto Rico or Hawaii – will occur on April 25, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Incredible Pizza in Conroe.
