City of Conroe announces organizational changes

CONROE, TX – Conroe City Council unanimously approved an Organizational Structure change presented by City Administrator Gary Scott during the City Council Meeting on February 23. The changes were necessary to streamline operational functions, improve organizational and administrative efficiencies, and effectively align talent resources with responsibilities.

'I've worked with all the staff involved in these changes and put everyone in the best position to continue a lasting, enjoyable, and productive career with the City of Conroe,' said Mr. Scott of his new Organizational Chart.

The Director of Community Development, Nancy Mikeska; Director of Finance, Collin Boothe; and Director of Public Works, Norm McGuire, will each assume additional responsibilities of Assistant City Administrator.

The changes in the Organizational Chart will not add any additional cost to the budget. This organizational restructuring will be at a cost savings to the city budget. The changes will take place immediately.
