CONROE, TX -- Grand Central Park’s 336 Marketplace continues to expand with the addition of six fast-casual restaurants and one retailer to its extensive line-up of shops, eateries and services.

Three restaurants are open now. First Watch Café and Cold Stone Creamery opened in February. First Watch Café features a diverse menu of seasonal breakfast, brunch and lunch items. Cold Stone is a national chain serving customized, premium ice cream. La Madeleine, a French-style café and bakery celebrated its grand opening on March 13. The first La Madeline opened in Dallas in 1983. There are now more than 80 locations across the United States.

“We are very excited to welcome more tenants to 336 Marketplace,” said Bob Douglas, Sr. Vice President and General Manager of Grand Central Park. “Our residents really benefit from having such a diverse selection of quality shopping and dining just around the corner. Plus, it’s beneficial to the entire region.”

Feng Cha Teahouse and The Noodle are expected to open in April. Feng Cha is a tea franchise serving smoothies, milk tea, Thai tea and boba tea. The Noodle will feature a variety of ramen dishes and Korean barbecue. There will also be a full bar.

Tropical Smoothie Café, a restaurant chain offering made-to-order smoothies, sandwiches, wraps and flatbeds, anticipates opening by the end of the year. A Petco is slated to open by the 2nd quarter of 2024.

The new tenants will join national chains Kroger Marketplace, DICK’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Burlington and Ulta Beauty as well as several restaurants and specialty stores already open at 336 Marketplace.

336 Marketplace is located on the southwest corner of I-45 and South Loop 336 in Grand Central Park. It is one of three commercial centers in the community. Greenway Village, an 18-acre commercial tract located near Grand Central Park’s West Village, includes a car wash and medical services. City Central encompasses Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Marcel Boulevard mixed-use development and — coming this summer — the Hyatt Regency Conroe Hotel and Convention Center, with more to come in future announcements.
