Constables Arrest A Suspected Stalker in Spring

SPRING, TX -- On March 22, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 6800 block of Cypresswood Drive in in reference to a disturbance. Upon arriving, the complainant advised that she was being followed by a known male, Carlos Guevara, and was in fear of being harmed by him.

During the course of the investigation, it was discovered he created multiple fake social media pages to stay in contact with the complainant after she asked him multiple times to cease all communication.

'Carlos Guevara was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Stalking. He is awaiting bail from the 262ns District Court.' - Constable Mark Herman
