Zanti Cucina Italiana – Trattoria announces brunch on weekends!

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Weekends just got tastier, as Zanti Cucina Italiana – Trattoria has announced the addition of brunch service on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays beginning May 19.

Located at the corner of 10000 Research Forest Drive and Egypt Lane in The Woodlands and Magnolia area, this high-end yet casual concept has been a popular favorite destination known for its authentic Italian dishes since opening in 2019.

Zanti’s scrumptious brunch menu includes an array of appetizers, morning classics, piadina and paninis, pasta, entrees, pizza, crudo/ceviche, desserts, milkshakes and new brunch cocktails.

Among the unique offerings are: Egg Casserole with spicy Italian sausage, arrabbiata sauce, fontina cheese, bacon, and homemade potato chips; Potato and Sausage Pizza with egg, white sauce, shredded rosemary potato, provolone cheese, spicy Italian sausage, and sunny-side up eggs; Chicken Parmigiana Panini with lightly breaded chicken breast, spicy arrabbiata sauce, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and basil; and Zanti Rolly Croissant with Nutella cream or whipped cream filling. Other highlights include the Shrimp Ceviche, and Baked French Bread.

Signature brunch cocktails include: The Secret Garden with Boodles, Rhubarb & Straw
berry gin, rosé syrup, lemon juice, oleo-saccharum, and edible flowers; The Matcha with Absolut vodka, Matcha green tea powder, pineapple juice, lemon juice, agave syrup, dried pineapple, and mint; the Lychee Martini with Stolichnaya vodka, lychee liquor, lemon juice, simple syrup, strawberry bursting pearls, and lychee fruit; and the Cucumber Cooler made with Herradura silver tequila, cucumber juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and Tajin rim.

The restaurant will also have a kid-friendly area with entertaining activities to keep the little ones engaged and busy while the adults enjoy a moment to savor a delicious brunch with family and friends.

“Together with our Executive Chef Arturo Urquidi, we have created an incredible brunch – from savory to sweet – for all to experience and enjoy,” said Stefano Ferrero, Director of Operations and founding Executive Chef, who has shared some of his favorite recipes he inherited from his grandmother from Italy.

Brunch is served from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In addition to brunch, Zanti Cucina Italiana – Trattoria is open Monday through Thursday from 4-10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 11 p.m., and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. until 9 p.m.

Happy Hour is offered Monday through Thursday from 4-6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 3-5 p.m. Live music is performed Wednesday through Saturday from 5:30-9:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
