Employer Flexible Acquires Employer’s Risk Administrators, a Mckinney, Texas Based PEO

HOUSTON, TX -- Employer Flexible, a Texas-based PEO with offices throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Montana, and Alabama has acquired the assets of McKinney, Texas-based PEO Employer’s Risk Administrators.

This is the sixth acquisition for Employer Flexible and the third within the last two years. At the start of 2023 Employer Flexible acquired Birmingham Alabama-based PEO Streamline CXO.

Sharon McReynolds and Bill Deviney, the Founders of Employer’s Risk Administrators, will partner with the Employer Flexible team to ensure the integration for their clients is a smooth transition. Additionally, the entire Employer’s Risk Administrators team has been retained by Employer Flexible.
