Is your teen struggling with back-to-school anxiety? Help them take charge of their worries and embrace a confident return to the classroom with The Woodlands Behavioral Health & Wellness Center’s “Back to School” group. This group is designed specifically to address back-to-school anxiety using the evidence-based approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In this group, teens will learn practical techniques to identify negative thought patterns, challenge them, and replace them with positive, helpful thoughts. Anxiety can manifest as overwhelming emotions, which is why this group will also focus on teaching effective strategies to manage emotions, regulate stress, and develop resilience. By fostering emotional intelligence, teens can be empowered to navigate challenging situations with confidence.
