Constable Gable's deputies arrest driver for DWI and find her in possession of drugs on Rayford Road

SPRING, TX -- In the early morning of September 18th, 2023 one of Constable Ryan Gable's patrol deputies made a traffic stop on a silver Nissan 4 door for a traffic violation near the 2700 block of Rayford Road, Spring.

After making contact with the driver identified as; 30 year old Marissa K. Rubar, she was asked to exit the vehicle. After speaking with deputies on the side of the roadway, Marissa conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFSTS), unsuccessfully. Deputies also located Marijuana and THC Oil in Marissa's possession. Marissa was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Possession of Marijuana (POM) and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The vehicle was towed away from the scene; and Marissa was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office jail where she was released to staff without incident.
