Constable Gable's deputies arrest wanted suspect for Robbery in Spring

SPRING, TX -- On September 21, 2023 around 1PM Constable Ryan Gable's patrol deputies responded to a Disturbance in the 2100 block of Rayford Road, Spring, TX.

En route to the location, deputies were told a female assaulted another female near the bank and was being detained. The female detained was not being cooperative and later identified as; 23 year old Briana M. Battles from Illinois. The victim was treated on scene by EMS. During the course of the investigation, Briana was found to be wanted out of Florida and subject to a Theft. Briana was charged with Robbery and Fail to Identify as a Fugitive.

Briana was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office jail where she was release to staff without incident.
