Howard Hughes wins SIX GHBA PRISM Awards

WILLIS, TX -- Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HHH) announced today that two of its communities in the Houston region—The Woodlands Hills®, the rapidly growing community located 13 miles north of The Woodlands® and Bridgeland®, one of the top-selling communities in the nation, and—were honored with six PRISM Awards by the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA). In addition to earning awards in the Master Planned Community (MPC) categories for Landscape Design of the Year, Entrance of the Year, and Event of the Year, Howard Hughes' HHCares program was named Charitable Project of the Year.

The PRISM (Professional Results in Sales and Marketing) Awards is an annual event that recognizes excellence in the homebuilding industry within the Greater Houston area. Honorees are selected by a panel of industry experts from around the nation.

The Woodlands Hills was awarded Event of the Year for Harvest in The Hills. The fourth annual event in 2022 welcomed a record-breaking 1,200 visitors and residents for a day of model home tours and fall-inspired family-friendly programming.

Spanning 11,500 acres in Northwest Houston, Bridgeland is on track to experience a record number of new home sales for the year, reflecting the ongoing growth of the community. Bridgeland’s landscaping took home top honors in the MPC Landscape Design of the Year category. Windgrass and Rising Knoll, two sculptures designed by renowned New Zealand artist Konstantin Dimopoulos, earned Bridgeland the award for MPC Entrance of the Year. Both awards reflect Howard Hughes’ commitment to developing sustainable communities rooted in a respect for their natural environment.

Howard Hughes was awarded Charitable Project of the Year for its HHCares initiative, in which Howard Hughes supports, both financially and through volunteerism, over 190 local causes of nonprofit organizations annually. Most recently, Howard Hughes awarded 30 scholarships to graduating seniors from high schools that serve the communities of The Woodlands, Bridgeland, and The Woodlands Hills. Howard Hughes team members Martha Gros and Nicole Capriotti were awarded Realtor Relations Professional of the Year and Digital Marketing Specialists of the Year, respectively.
