Software Updates Will Impact Conroe's Ability To Receive Payments

CONROE, TX -- Due to necessary maintenance and technology upgrades, the City of Conroe Municipal Court and Utility Billing offices will be closed starting Thursday, November 30th, at 4:00 PM and all day Friday, December 1st, to receive software updates. The online payment site will also be down during this time, and all day Saturday, December 2nd.

The offices will reopen on Monday, December 4th, and resume regular business hours.

What this means - No payments can be made to the Municipal Courts or Utility Billing offices after 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 30th, and continue until 7:30 AM on Monday, December 4th.

Conroe Municipal Court offices open at 8:00 AM on Monday, December 4th.
