Brian Albert Joins Kean Miller in The Woodlands, Bolsters Business, Corporate, and Real Estate Practices

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Kean Miller’s growth continues as the 209-attorney, full-service law firm announces the addition of Brian Albert as a partner. Brian joins Kean Miller in The Woodlands office, where he will continue his business and corporate practice with a particular emphasis on real estate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a partner in a private practice law firm in The Woodlands and also served as in-house counsel and clerk to Fortune 500 companies across several industries. He often utilizes his in-house experience when representing clients, providing sound legal and corporate advice. He has experience in a wide range of transactions, including the representation of strategic investors, private equity groups, private and public corporations, nonprofit organizations, and other entities in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity securities, purchase and sale of assets, financing related transactions, and other commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts for various matters. Brian is particularly active in the commercial real estate development and energy sectors.

Brian earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2013. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from American University in 2009. While in law school, Brian served as Editor-in-Chief of the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal.
