THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) offers a special service for local residents who are concerned about leaving their homes for vacations like the upcoming Spring Break season.

Vacation Watch allows law enforcement patrol deputies to check the security of a residence while the homeowner is out of town. They will check on your home every day while you are away. And there is no charge. Certain restrictions apply.

MSCO offers an added sense of security when you go on vacation or go out of town. While you are out of town, the Sheriff's Office Patrol Division will check on your residence and patrol officers will check to assure your residence is secure and that it has not been burglarized. If anything out of the ordinary is found during these checks, the emergency contact for the location of the residence will be contacted.

To learn more or to fill out an application form, call (936) 760-5800, Option #3, or visit https://www.mctxsheriff.org/divisions/executive_division/communications/vacationwatch.php/
