Special Angels of The Woodlands will be hosting their annual Fundraiser “TACOS & TEQUILA” event on Friday, May 3rd, 2024 3 pm-7 pm. at 314A Pruitt Rd

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Special Angels of The Woodlands will host its annual fundraiser “TACOS & TEQUILA on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 3 pm – 7 pm at 314A Pruitt Road, Spring, TX 77380. Sponsorship opportunities are still available.

This year’s theme is a casual, family-friendly Tex-Mex festival to celebrate the Special Angel’s Day Activity Center for adults with disabilities. This casual and creative special afternoon, with “Tacos & Tequila catered by La Cocina de Roberto Restaurant & , live music by VITAL, live and silent auctions, contests, a photo booth, games, Wine & Whiskey pulls, and more.

“We are a 501c3 non-profit organization delivering utmost care and innovative daily activities for our special angels,” said Robert Ramos, board chairman. Special Angels of The Woodlands is a God-honoring organization committed to enhancing the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities by providing individualized skills and socialization programs at our highest-quality Day Activity Center. The Activity Center places a special emphasis on enjoying and serving our communities.

“Our Angels are generous human beings who appreciate sharing their smiles, talents, and unconditional love while they learn to give back to the community in their special ways,” said Ms. Lisa Smith, Executive Director. All donations from this event will help support the programs the Angels participate in while they attend our center and participate in off-site community activities.”
