Download the new Township 311 app for resident reporting options

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Township’s 311 reporting app is now available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The Woodlands311 app serves as a comprehensive solution for residents to report issues and concerns, enhancing the overall quality of life in our vibrant community. This innovative 311 Service Request system is integrated with the Township’s work order system, ensuring quicker processing of service requests.

TheWoodlands311 app offers a user-friendly interface and robust service request capabilities, allowing residents to easily report a variety of concerns. Residents can use the app to report concerns such as the need for debris removal, graffiti around Township property and parks, standing water/mosquito issues and more.

The app is also packed with valuable information, offering a comprehensive range of resident resources including, but not limited to, insights on the home improvement process, transit information, important phone numbers and details on our trash and recycling services. By utilizing the app, residents can actively participate in maintaining and improving their community.

Residents have four convenient options to report concerns to The Woodlands Township:

• Call The Woodlands Township Resident Care Center at 281-210-3800 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• After-Hours Assistance: For urgent service matters outside of regular business hours (excluding emergencies), call 281-210-3800 and press nine (9). At any point during the automated announcement, press nine (9) again to be connected to the After-Hours Supervisor.
• Submit your concern online at thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/311 through TheWoodlands311 service request system. Registration is not required.
• Download TheWoodlands311 app on your mobile device at Google Playstore or Apple App Store.
