Citizens Bank and the Good Feet Store Open for Business at Valley Ranch Town Center

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Signorelli Company, one of the largest privately held real estate developers in Texas. announces the opening of Citizens Bank and The Good Feet Store at its award-winning, 240-acre Valley Ranch mixed-use development.

With a diverse array of shopping, dining, entertainment and service options, each tenant adds a unique offering to the dynamic mix at Valley Ranch Town Center, a shopping district of 1.5 million square feet at the intersection of Highway 69 and the Grand Parkway in New Caney, TX.

Citizens Bank, one of the nation’s oldest and largest financial institutions, offers a variety of financial services at its new two-story branch, which spans 13,200 square feet, located at 22410 U.S. Highway 59 in Porter, TX. The Good Feet Store, known as 'America's arch support experts,' provides customers with personalized arch support assistance. Its new 1,475-square-foot building is located at 21856 Market Place Drive in New Caney, Texas and is the sixth store in the Houston area.

Located in Montgomery County, just a short drive from The Woodlands and Kingwood, Valley Ranch Center presents a diverse collection of national and local retail and restaurant brands, making it the most visited open air shopping center in the Greater Houston metropolitan statistical area (MSA). Ireland notes that the popular shopping district attracts 11 million visitors annually--- more than The Galleria in Houston. Along with 3.5 million square feet of retail, office, entertainment, restaurant and mixed-use space, the Valley Ranch Community features over 2,000 single-family and multifamily homes.

Notable tenants announced at Valley Ranch in 2023 included Target, Rogers Premier Salon Suites, Crumbl Cookies, F45 Training, Dave’s Hot Chicken and a Tesla Supercharger station. Hope Media Group (HMG), a Houston-based media company with multiple outlets including 89.3 KSBJ, is currently constructing its new headquarters at Valley Ranch, which is scheduled to open early 2025.

Preparing to mark its 30th anniversary, The Signorelli Company has established itself as a leader in green field development.
