Abandoned Property Notice

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- ABANDONED PROPERTY NOTICE - NOTICE is hereby given, that steps are taken by the MONTGOMERY COUNTY CONSTABLE’S OFFICE, PCT 4 to declare the following property abandoned or unclaimed pursuant to the Texas Code of Criminal Procedures, Article 18.17.

The below listed items are abandoned (item or firearm). Any person desiring to lay claim to any of these (item or firearm) must do so within 90 DAYS of this posting. PROOF OF OWNERSHIP IS REQUIRED.
