Pine Market announces summer concert series

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Pine Market at Woodforest, the Montgomery area-based indoor/outdoor retail market not unlike what Woodlanders enjoy at Market Street and Creekside Park Village, has become a destination hotspot for shoppers, tourists, and visitors alike. As part of its lure, it has announced its specially themed summer concert series, ‘Through the Eras.’

Unsurprisingly, each performance that takes place on alternating Fridays features a band dedicated to providing music from a specific decade, from the birth of rock and roll to present day. Thus far, the ‘50s and ‘60s have been represented by Johnny & The Spinsations and the CC Rider Band, respectively. The concerts take place at 885 Pine Market Avenue in Montgomery from 7 - 9 p.m.

Here’s a list of the remaining concerts in this series, which is open to the public and free to attend:

• June 6 – ‘70s Night with The Texas Eagles (Eagles tribute band)
• June 20 – ‘80s Night with Let it Rock (Bon Jovi tribute band)
• July 11 – ‘90s Night with Nothin’ But ‘90s (‘90s country hits)
• July 18 – ‘00s Night with Adrian Michael & The Greenway Band (2000s party pits)

Additionally, for the Independence Day celebrations, you’re invited to sing the night away and enjoy some good old American classics, oldies, and country music by The Cool Water Band for a special early 4th of July celebration on Saturday, June 28 from 7 - 9 p.m.
