MCTXSheriff Arrests Crime Stoppers Top 10 Featured Felon - Jerard Brown

CONROE, TX -- On July 1, 2025, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals arrested top 10 fugitive Jerard Ryan Brown. 41-year-old Brown was arrested for felony warrants in Montgomery County for Felony Possession of a Firearm. Brown is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail.
