Illegal THC Products Seized, One Arrested at Slam Cannabis Dispensary in Spring, TX Following Undercover Operation

SPRING, TX -- On Wednesday, August 6, 2025, Constable Ryan Gable’s Criminal Interdiction Unit (CIU) and Criminal Investigations Division (CID) served a search warrant at the “Slam Cannabis Dispensary” located 25100 block of Interstate 45, Spring, Montgomery County Texas.

This warrant was the result of an investigation of the business where deputies were able to buy illegal THC products on multiple occasions in an undercover capacity. Upon execution of the warrant and a subsequent search of the business, deputies were able to seize 56 illegal THC products; weighing approximately 112 grams along with approximately 2.1 pounds of Marijuana.

Rizwan Ahmed Behlum was in care custody and control of the business at the time the warrant was executed. Rizwan was subsequently arrested and charged with Felony Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Additional charges are still pending.
