THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Signorelli Company and Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux today announce that the award-winning Louisiana-based sports bar and restaurant will open its newest location at Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney in late Spring 2026. From its new 7,879 square-foot location at 22276 Market Place Drive, Walk-On's will add year-round entertainment and flavorful dining options for Montgomery County sports fans, families and visitors. The restaurant features a delicious menu of made-from-scratch Cajun and Creole dishes such as the boom boom shrimp tacos, gumbo, fried alligator, voodoo shrimp and grits and pepper jack boudin, along with classic favorites like hand-pressed burgers, waffle fries and wings. The full-service bar offers a selection of over 24 beers on tap and a lineup of refreshing signature cocktails that are perfect for a night out with friends or unwinding after work.

With more than 90 big-screen TVs strategically placed throughout the restaurant, and flexible seating for large groups, Walk-On's is a great option to gather on game day or anytime for a tasty, casual meal.

“We’re excited to introduce Walk-On's to the Valley Ranch community and are confident it will be the go-to place where sports fans and families can come together, enjoy unique, high-quality Cajun dishes and have a great time,” said Greg Wattson, Senior Vice President of Commercial Development at Signorelli Company. “As Valley Ranch continues to expand its entertainment options, Walk-On's is an ideal addition, combining Louisiana flavor and a great place to watch your favorite teams.”

Walk-On's was founded by former LSU student athletes Brandon Landry and Jack Warner in 2003 with the goal of providing a fun and energetic dining experience for sports fans and culinary excellence with a little Louisiana spice. In 2015, NFL All-Pro QB Drew Brees expressed an undeniable attraction to be part of the business and joined the Walk-On’s team as a co-owner. Since opening its first location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the nationally recognized sports bar and restaurant now has over 75 locations across the nation, including 19 in Texas. The Valley Ranch location is the eighth in the Greater Houston area.

“The increasing regional dominance of Valley Ranch as a dining and entertainment destination makes it the perfect place to share our signature gameday experience,” said Brett Gunn, franchisee of Walk-On’s at Valley Ranch. “We’re thrilled to become part of this fast-growing community and now offer Montgomery County residents and visitors two locations to experience an authentic taste of Louisiana cuisine.”

The Valley Ranch mixed-use development feature features 1.75 million square feet of retail, office, entertainment, restaurant and mixed-use space. The adjacent Valley Ranch residential community includes more than 2,000 single-family and multifamily homes, with additional sections under development.

Entertainment Options Continue to Expand in Montgomery County

Walk-On’s is the latest addition to the expanding entertainment options at Valley Ranch. The development is preparing for the grand opening of Lumos, a 45,000-square-foot high-tech entertainment venue designed for families, adults, and corporate events in the Valley Ranch Entertainment District. Also under development in the district is the 210,000-square-foot convention center, spearheaded by the East Montgomery County Improvement District. Hope Media Group, a Houston-based ministry with multiple media brands, recently opened its new headquarters with state-of-the-art broadcast studios.

Other district features include The Hill at Valley Ranch, a multi-purpose outdoor venue, a Cinemark movie theater, Randall Reed Stadium, and the New Caney ISD Natatorium.

Strategically located along Interstate 69 and the Grand Parkway, Valley Ranch is also home to Valley Ranch Town Center, a premier retail destination that attracts nearly 12 million visitors annually and is ranked Houston’s #1 Most Visited Open-Air Shopping Center by Placer.ai.

As part of its ongoing partnership with The Signorelli Company, the East Montgomery County Improvement District (EMCID) supports this growth by investing in infrastructure and providing incentives to attract businesses and top-performing tenants to the 1,400-acre community.

The Signorelli Company’s extensive development portfolio includes five additional master planned communities in Montgomery County and an expanding footprint across Greater Houston and Texas. Dozens of developments are in progress along with a future pipeline of more than 32,000 lots, including Austin Point, its transformative satellite city in Fort Bend County. This portfolio positions The Signorelli Company as a Texas leader in large-scale master-planned development, bringing dynamic, sustainable communities to life across the state.
