Tomball Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Suspect in August 18 Groping Incident Near Marymont Apartments

TOMBALL, TX -- The Tomball Police Department is seeking information regarding a groping incident that took place on Monday August 18, 2025, at 10:15 pm in the area of Rudel Drive and Tomball Parkway near the Marymont Apartment COmplex. The adult female victim reported that an unknown male suspect approached her from behind while she was in the parking lot, then pushed her, groped her, and fled on foot.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male approximately 5’10’’ tall, in his late-twenties to mid-thirties, wearing a dark-in-color long-sleeved shirt and dark work pants. A sketch of the suspect is attached above.
