Attempt to Identify - Habitual ULTA Theft Suspect

TOMBALL, TX -- The Tomball Police Department Criminal Investigations Division is asking for your assistance in identifying this subject who is suspected of concealing merchandise and not paying for the items from several ULTA locations throughout Harris County and Galveston totalling approximately $21,000!!!

Suspect possibly driving a Gray 2007 Mercedes with Texas License Plate TDF4216.
