The Woodlands® Resort Announces Inaugural Songwriters Festival

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands® Resort, a 350-acre oasis nestled among a lush forested landscape just outside Houston, has opened ticket sales for the inaugural Songwriters Festival at The Woodlands® Resort. This all-inclusive, three-day celebration of music, cuisine and creativity will take place Dec. 29, 2025, through Jan. 1, 2026, offering guests an unforgettable way to ring in the new year.

A coveted, must-attend event to close out the holiday season, the Songwriters Festival at The Woodlands® Resort will bring together acclaimed artists and top songwriters for acts like George Strait, Taylor Swift, and Ed Sheeran for intimate performances, along with unforgettable culinary experiences, inspired hospitality, and a New Year’s Eve drone show.

The festival will feature an impressive lineup of legendary performers, including Neal McCoy, Darryl Worley, The Frontmen, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Jamie O’Neal and Bridgette Tatum, alongside hitmakers like Casey Beathard, Brice Long, Bobby Tomberlin and Wynn Varble, who have all penned iconic classics for some of the industry’s brightest stars.
